Welcome to Dedham's electronic reserve fund transfer request process.
Please follow the instructions below. Should you have any questions or difficulties completing your necessary steps in this process please contact the Finance Director at 781-751-9151 or aterkelsen@dedham-ma.gov.
NOTE: THIS IS AN INTERNAL FORM AND MAY ONLY BE USED/INITIATED BY TOWN EMPLOYEES
RFT Requester:
- complete all the required fields including items 1 through 6
- select the "SUBMIT & SIGN" button
- attach backup documentation (if desired)
- select the "SUBMIT & SIGN" button
- attach backup documentation (if desired) or skip
- sign your document (you may do so by typing your name) and accept your signature
- Select the "FINALIZE & SUBMIT" button to send your request to the Finance Director
- Select CONTINUE (you do not need to change anything on this screen)
FinCom Chair:
- print (see left-side of form) and forward the draft .pdf to all FinCom members for the meeting
- after the meeting, complete all the required fields
- if approved, please include the amount
- if not approved, please check the DENIED box
- Select the "SUBMIT & SIGN" button
- sign your document (you may do so by typing your name) and accept your signature
- select the "SUBMIT" button to send your request to the Town Accountant
You may save your work, if you need to complete your document later. See the left margin of the document window for available options.
Do you need to resubmit with corrections? Contact the Finance Director to receive an updated link for resubmission.
